A jester that makes his decision with his balls....he digs in his pockets and plays with his balls for awhile and he grabs a handfull of his balls and wips them out....he examines them and in his own way he makes a decision to kill or to entertain....2 skulls cross out a smile and a 2 smiles cross out a skull but a hand goes to the hand that holds the power ball....if tie....he will entertain and then proceed to killing....in his own way he's his own general and his own army....pretty much hes just fucked in the head
